Project Manager Senior at IDEXX in Whiteford, MD
The Opportunity In support of the rapid growth at IDEXX, the Reference Laboratories business are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive all critical launch activities, ensuring the successful implementation of laboratory projects across our Asia Pacific region. This role will report into the Programs Manager based in Europe, partnering and collaborating cross functionally with the local and global teams, including a talented array of laboratory professionals. Ideally this role will be based in either Brisbane or Sydney. What you can expect You will manage multiple technical projects including scope definition, planning and execution. This includes creation and communication of end-to-end project plans, clearly outlining dependencies and ownership. You will be Business Focused, and drive efforts based on business benefit and overall value. You will be a Master Planner, partnering with the execution teams to build project/work plans across multiple dependencies. You will work with the project team members to prioritize work, both internal and external to the project. You will be responsible for Resource Management and work with the project team to define and track the project's different technical and non-technical resources. You will be a Task Master, ensuring continuous tracking and following up on the different efforts and tasks. You will be responsible for Vendor Management, engaging and overseeing vendors and contract resources that may be required. The successful candidate will:

Possess at least 5 years PM experience, or equivalent. Have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Science or equivalent experience.
